Publications are free of charge for full-time postgraduates.

The authors are kindly requested to fulfil the following requirements :

• The article should not exceed 1.5  printer’s sheets (60 000 signs);
• The article should be sent as .rtf files;
• Footnotes should correspond with the State Standards;
• The text should be preceded by a substantial annotation (no less than 200 words) and 5-7 key words in Russian and English languages;
• The article should contain  details on author’s scientific degree, title, position, place of employment, home or work address, phone number, e-mail;
• The article should be accompanied by a review of a prominent scientist (at least the Associate Professor) signed by the reviewer with his signature certified and stamped. We do not accept copies of the reviews;
• For Doctors of Sciences the reviews should to be written by the Doctors of Science;
• A professional photo of the author is desirable.

The publication is possible within one to three months.
